Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until well blended.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes and let it cool.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Fold the honey into the whipped cream until well combined.
Pour the honey cream mixture into the cooled crust.
Sprinkle the sea salt over the top and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
To serve, add a drizzle of honey on top for added sweetness. It's also great with fresh berries!
