  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup for sweetness
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract for extra flavor
  • 1 cup ice optional, for a colder smoothie

Preparation Steps

  • In a blender, combine the mixed berries, Greek yogurt, and milk.
  • Add honey and vanilla extract to the blender.
  • If desired, toss in the ice for a chilled smoothie.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes
