Sweet and savory slow-cooker kielbasa bites tossed in a brown sugar and mustard glaze — an easy party appetizer ready in a few hours with minimal prep.
Slice the kielbasa into 0.5-inch rounds and place them in the bottom of a 4- or 6-quart slow cooker.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, grape jelly, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
Pour the glaze over the sliced kielbasa and toss gently to coat all pieces evenly.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3 hours, stirring once halfway through. If short on time, cook on HIGH for 1.5 hours, checking to ensure the glaze is not burning.
Give the kielbasa a final stir to coat with the thickened glaze. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm with toothpicks.
Notes
Make ahead: Prepare the glaze and store separately; combine and heat in the slow cooker before guests arrive. Leftovers keep 3–4 days refrigerated.
