Quick Hawaiian Grilled Cheese Bites

  • 8 slices Hawaiian bread Use fresh or slightly toasted.
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese Shredded or sliced.
  • 6 oz canned pineapple slices Drain well before using.
  • 3 tbsp butter Softened for easy spreading.

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Spread butter on one side of each slice of Hawaiian bread.
  • Lay half the slices butter-side down in a hot skillet.
  • Top with half the cheese and pineapple slices.
  • Place remaining cheese and cover with the other slices of bread, butter-side up.
  • Cook for 3-5 minutes until golden brown, then flip and repeat.
  • Let cool slightly before slicing into quarters.

Notes

Serve with a dip like sweet chili sauce for added flavor. Great for kids and parties!
