Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Lay half of the bread slices butter-side down onto the skillet.
Layer cheese and a slice of pineapple on each piece of bread in the skillet.
Top with remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
Cook until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side, flipping carefully.
Once both sides are golden and the cheese is melted, remove from skillet.
Cut each sandwich into quarters and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a sprinkle of cayenne pepper or serve with a side of sweet chili sauce.
