Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Carefully make a small slit in each date and stuff it with about a teaspoon of cheese.
Wrap each stuffed date with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Arrange the wrapped dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until the bacon is crispy.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
Notes
For a spicy kick, try adding jalapeño slices before wrapping the dates with bacon.
