Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and sour cream until smooth and lump-free.
Fold in the thawed whipped topping until the mixture is light and creamy.
Gently stir in the drained mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple, taking care not to break up the fruit too much.
Fold in the mini marshmallows and vanilla extract until evenly distributed.
Transfer the salad to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld and marshmallows to soften.
Stir gently before serving. Serve chilled as a dessert or a sweet side dish.
Notes
Keep refrigerated. Best if consumed within 2 days. If storing longer, add marshmallows just before serving to avoid excessive softening.
