  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup whole milk
  • 0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and eggs until smooth.
  • Add whole milk and mix until fully combined. Pour into the prepared dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Once baked, let the cake cool completely. Poke holes all over the top with a fork.
  • In a bowl, mix together sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream.
  • Slowly pour the milk mixture over the cooled cake, ensuring each hole gets soaked.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to absorb the flavors.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream on top for extra richness. Add fresh fruit for a delicious twist!
