Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a skillet, heat the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
Add minced garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and basil to the pan. Stir well.
Soak rice paper wraps in warm water until pliable.
Place a spoonful of beef mixture on wrap, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
Repeat with remaining ingredients until all are rolled.
Serve fresh with additional basil and dipping sauce if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding sliced chilies to the beef mixture. Serve with a side of sweet chili sauce!
