Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In another bowl, cream the butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.
  • Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
  • Let cool, then slice and serve with coffee.
