Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, cream the butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk. Mix until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
Let cool, then slice and serve with coffee.
