Instructions
Preparation Steps
Start by dicing the onion and mincing the garlic.

Add the black beans, diced tomatoes, and corn to the mix.
Sprinkle in the chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper; stir well.
Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours or until the veggies are tender.
Adjust seasoning if necessary before serving.
Notes
