Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, combine rolled oats and chia seeds.
Add milk and stir well to ensure oats are fully soaked.
Mix in peanut butter, honey, and cinnamon.
Fold in sliced bananas, reserving some for topping.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, give the oats a good stir and serve topped with remaining bananas.
Notes
For a nutty crunch, add some chopped nuts on top before serving.
