Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, combine rolled oats and chia seeds.
  • Add milk and stir well to ensure oats are fully soaked.
  • Mix in peanut butter, honey, and cinnamon.
  • Fold in sliced bananas, reserving some for topping.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, give the oats a good stir and serve topped with remaining bananas.

Notes

For a nutty crunch, add some chopped nuts on top before serving.
