  • 1 lb spaghetti Use any pasta of choice.

  • 1 tsp salt For seasoning.
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper Freshly ground.

Preparation Steps

  • Spiralize the zucchini into noodles and set aside.
  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in the zucchini noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  • Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the zucchini.
  • Toss everything together, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
