Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a saucepan, combine cranberries, maple syrup, orange zest, and cinnamon over medium heat.
Cook until cranberries soften and the mixture thickens, about 10-15 minutes.
Place the brie on a baking sheet and pour the cranberry sauce over the top.
Bake in the hot oven for 15-20 minutes until brie is warm and gooey.
Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with chopped nuts before serving.
