Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil.
Add the ground turkey, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Mix honey, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl until smooth.
Pour the honey mixture into the skillet, stirring to coat the turkey.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
Notes
Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal. For a spicy kick, add a dash of sriracha.
