  • 1 tbsp cornstarch To thicken the sauce.

  • Stir in minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Mix honey, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl until smooth.
  • Pour the honey mixture into the skillet, stirring to coat the turkey.
  • Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.

Notes
