Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Stir in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes.
Reduce heat and stir in sour cream. If the sauce is too thin, mix cornstarch with a little water and add to thicken.
Serve the beef stroganoff over the cooked egg noodles.
Notes
For a twist, try adding mushrooms or peas. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for garnish.
