Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
Add the chopped onion and bell peppers. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
Dust with garlic powder and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Place cheese slices on top of the beef mixture and cover until melted.
Spoon the cheesesteak mixture onto sub rolls and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add hot sauce or jalapeños. Perfect with crispy fries on the side!
