Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta, parsley, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
Form the mixture into meatballs, roughly 1 inch in diameter.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then brown the meatballs for about 5 minutes.
Transfer the browned meatballs to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Serve warm with your choice of sides or dipping sauces.
