  • 0.25 cup parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta, parsley, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs, roughly 1 inch in diameter.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then brown the meatballs for about 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the browned meatballs to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  • Serve warm with your choice of sides or dipping sauces.
