Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Grease a baking dish with butter.
Tear the croissants into bite-sized pieces and place them in the dish.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the croissant pieces.
Add the sautéed spinach and cheese, then gently mix everything.
Bake for about 40 minutes until set and golden on top.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
