Main Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp bacon bits optional for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Spread the cream cheese over the chicken evenly.
  • Pour ranch dressing over the top of the cream cheese.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
  • Serve topped with bacon bits if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding green onions or serve it over rice!
