Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Add the crumbled feta cheese and cook for 2 minutes until lightly browned.
Crack the eggs into the skillet on top of the feta, sprinkle with black pepper.
Cook for another 3 minutes or until the eggs are set to your liking.
Remove from heat and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top.
Notes
Serve with crusty bread for a delightful breakfast. Add a sprinkle of chili flakes for a spicy kick!
