Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
Add softened cream cheese, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
Fold in sliced apples and half the caramel sauce.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Drizzle remaining caramel sauce on top and sprinkle chopped walnuts if using.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set.
Let cool before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an indulgent treat.
