  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil For grilling
  • 4 skewers wooden or metal skewers If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes

Preparation Steps

  • Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, garlic powder, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the sauce, ensuring they are well-coated. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
  • Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, packing them tightly but not overcrowding.
  • Grill skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
  • Serve hot with extra sauce for dipping.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped scallions or sesame seeds as a garnish.
