Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, mix together the diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface with a corner pointing towards you.
Place about 2 tablespoons of the apple mixture in the center of the wrapper.
Fold the corner over the filling, roll up tightly, and seal the edges with beaten egg.
In a deep skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Fry the rolls in batches until golden brown.
Remove the egg rolls and drain on paper towels.
Serve warm with a dusting of powdered sugar or caramel dip.
Notes
Try serving these with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a delicious twist!
