Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, egg, and milk.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the diced apples carefully.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle with remaining sugar.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
This bread is excellent with a drizzle of caramel sauce on top!
