This easy slow cooker recipe uses just four ingredients to make tender shredded chicken mixed with savory stuffing — a simple, comforting meal for busy weeknights.
1can (10.5 oz)condensed cream of chicken soupundiluted
1cupchicken brothlow sodium preferred

Preparation Steps
Spray the inside of a 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick spray.
Place the chicken breasts in an even layer in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Pour the can of condensed cream of chicken soup over the chicken, then pour the cup of chicken broth over the top.
Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix evenly over the soup and broth; do not stir. Cover the slow cooker.
Cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours (or LOW for 6 to 7 hours) until the chicken reaches 165°F and is tender.
Remove the chicken to a cutting board, shred with two forks, then return shredded chicken to the slow cooker and gently stir to combine with the stuffing. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Leftovers keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat covered in the microwave or in a 350°F oven until warmed through.
