Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, mix the oats, milk, Greek yogurt, and honey until well combined.
Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies, reserving some for topping.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Before serving, top each portion with remaining crushed Oreos and a drizzle of honey.
Notes
This can be made ahead of time for convenience. For a richer flavor, add a touch of vanilla extract.
