Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, butter, and honey until creamy.
Add eggs, milk, ginger, and orange zest to the mixture and blend well.
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
