Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, gochujang, garlic, and ginger.
Add chicken thighs to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade.
Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, until cooked through.
In a saucepan, boil reserved marinade for 5 minutes to ensure safety.
Serve chicken with boiled marinade drizzled on top, garnished with scallions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For extra crunch, add some toasted peanuts. This dish pairs well with steamed rice.
