  • 2 lb chicken wings Use fresh or thawed wings.
  • 1 cup honey Pure honey is recommended.
  • 1.5 tbsp sriracha sauce Adjust for spice level preference.
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce Low sodium can be used.
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder Or use fresh minced garlic.
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper Freshly ground is best.

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated.
  • Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the wings are crispy and fully cooked.
  • Serve hot and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the wings overnight. Try serving with a side of ranch!
