  • 4 cloves garlic Minced for flavor.
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese Add more if desired.
  • 1 tsp dried oregano For a herby kick.
  • 1 tsp dried parsley Optional for garnish.

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
  • In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and dried spices.
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over the cut sides of the bread.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
  • Place the bread halves on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool briefly before slicing into bite-sized pieces.

Notes

Serve warm for best flavor. Try adding a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for heat!
