  • 0.5 cup butter unsalted
  • 0.25 cup honey for a touch of sweetness
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 1 lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped, for garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice into the melted butter mixture. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Place the salmon fillet on a lined baking sheet and pour the sauce evenly on top.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until salmon is flaky and cooked through.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
