Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic, ginger, and soy sauce to the pot, stirring to combine.
Add the ground chicken and cook until browned, about 8 minutes.
Stir in the cabbage and carrots, cooking until just tender, about 3-5 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain.
Divide the noodles into bowls and ladle the broth and chicken mixture over them.

Garnish with sliced green onions or sesame seeds for added flavor.
