  • 2 tbsp soy sauce low sodium recommended
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 3 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 cup chicken broth low sodium recommended

Preparation Steps

  • In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic, ginger, and soy sauce to the pot, stirring to combine.
  • Add the ground chicken and cook until browned, about 8 minutes.
  • Stir in the cabbage and carrots, cooking until just tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  • Divide the noodles into bowls and ladle the broth and chicken mixture over them.

Notes

Garnish with sliced green onions or sesame seeds for added flavor.
