Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined.
Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sugar; mix until smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing slowly after each addition. Then add vanilla extract.
Stir in the heavy cream until fully incorporated.
Pour the cheesecake filling into the prepared crust.
Bake for about 60 minutes or until center is just set.
Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
Just before serving, sprinkle sugar evenly over the top and caramelize with a torch until golden.
Notes
For a unique twist, consider adding a splash of orange zest to the filling. Serve chilled for the best experience!
