Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until smooth.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Combine the flour, baking soda, and baking powder; add to the butter mixture alternately with the apples.
Stir in the cinnamon and vanilla until evenly incorporated.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool before slicing into squares and serving.
