Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, and water until smooth.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's well-coated.
Spread the battered florets on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
In a large bowl, toss the baked cauliflower with buffalo sauce until well-coated.
Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Notes
Serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing for dipping. These bites are also great for meal prep!
