  • 1 head cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour for a gluten-free option
  • 1 cup water adjust to achieve desired batter consistency
  • 2 tsp garlic powder for added flavor
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce for tossing the cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for drizzling

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, and water until smooth.
  • Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's well-coated.
  • Spread the battered florets on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • In a large bowl, toss the baked cauliflower with buffalo sauce until well-coated.
  • Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

Notes

Serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing for dipping. These bites are also great for meal prep!
