Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in the chopped apples and pecans.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
