Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the diced apples and sauté until they soften, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the oats, almond milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes until creamy.
Serve warm, topped with extra apple slices or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Notes
For added texture, try mixing in some nuts or seeds on top.
