Instructions
Preparation Steps
Begin by cutting the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, mix together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
Add the chicken pieces to the sauce and marinate for about 15 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the marinated chicken for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
Notes
