  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish
  • 2 green onions sliced for garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Begin by cutting the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, mix together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the sauce and marinate for about 15 minutes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the marinated chicken for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.

Notes

Serve this chicken with rice or noodles. For extra heat, add red pepper flakes!
