Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
Add the chopped chicken thighs to the marinade and coat thoroughly. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
Once cooked, melt the cheddar cheese over the chicken in the skillet and cover for a minute.
Assemble the sliders by placing the spicy chicken on each bun.
Notes
These sliders are great for parties! Serve with pickles or coleslaw for a crunchy side.
