  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced Remove rind for a creamier texture.
  • 1 lb pizza dough Use store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil Drizzle for added flavor.
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped Adds a lovely fragrant touch.

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
  • Spread olive oil over the dough evenly.
  • Layer the shredded chicken over the dough.
  • Pour the cranberry sauce on top of the chicken.
  • Arrange slices of brie cheese over the cranberry sauce.
  • Sprinkle chopped rosemary on top for an extra kick.
  • Bake the pizza in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

Try adding some arugula on top for a fresh taste!
