  • 2 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 8 oz Swiss cheese, sliced substitute with provolone for a sharper flavor
  • 12 count slider buns preferably soft and slightly sweet
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard for added flavor

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the sliced roast beef for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the beef broth and Dijon mustard, stirring gently until combined. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Slice the slider buns in half and arrange the bottoms in a baking dish.
  • Layer the bottom half of the buns with the beef mixture and top with Swiss cheese slices.
  • Cover the sliders with the top halves of the buns and bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Notes

Serve hot with a side of au jus for dipping. These sliders pair well with pickles!
