Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the sliced roast beef for about 5 minutes.
Add the beef broth and Dijon mustard, stirring gently until combined. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
Slice the slider buns in half and arrange the bottoms in a baking dish.
Layer the bottom half of the buns with the beef mixture and top with Swiss cheese slices.
Cover the sliders with the top halves of the buns and bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Notes
Serve hot with a side of au jus for dipping. These sliders pair well with pickles!
