Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
Pour in the almond milk and stir until well mixed. If using, fold in the Greek yogurt.
Add the chopped pecans and mix again.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Serve chilled, topped with additional nuts or a drizzle of syrup if desired.
Notes
For a richer flavor, consider adding a splash of vanilla extract. Enjoy topped with fresh fruit!
