Preparation Steps

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
  • Pour in the almond milk and stir until well mixed. If using, fold in the Greek yogurt.
  • Add the chopped pecans and mix again.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  • Serve chilled, topped with additional nuts or a drizzle of syrup if desired.

Notes
