Preparation Steps
Cook the chicken in a pot of boiling water until fully cooked, about 15 minutes. Shred it.
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and cheese.
Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and place about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center.
Fold the wrapper corners over the filling, and tightly roll it up. Seal edges with water.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes each side.
Remove rolls and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
Notes
For an extra kick, serve with blue cheese dip or ranch dressing!
