Elegant simplicity best describes this five-ingredient chicken dish. After trying this dish for the first time, you will want to make it frequently, so it’s a good thing that it only takes 10 minutes to prepare.

Wraps filled with ranch chicken are delicious. It’s not just that they taste great, but also that they’re so simple to whip up. My lunch for the office is ready in less than 10 minutes.

I’ve been known to bring two to the office and give one to a lucky coworker. They find it immensely enjoyable, perhaps even more so than I do. I’ve grown very attached to this recipe because it’s allowed me to avoid spending money in the cafeteria.

Wrapped up chicken and ranch dressing can be eaten with your hands. Because you don’t need silverware, you can wolf this down in one sitting.

The excitement on my children’s faces whenever I pack this for them is priceless. However, you should exercise caution when eating this because of the potential for splattering creamy ranch dressing. But that’s the exciting part, right?

I can’t even begin to describe how much I love the flavor of this recipe. To truly understand, you need only sample it.

Ingredients:

Approximately 2 cups of chopped grilled chicken breasts 1/4 cup of Hidden Valley® Simply Ranch dressing
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella
Optional minced cilantro equal to 1/4 cup
Four tortillas measuring eight inches in diameter

First, prepare a smooth, clean surface to roll out the tortillas. Spread 1/2 cup of the chicken, 1 tablespoon of the ranch, 2 tablespoons of the cheese, and 1 tablespoon of the minced cilantro on each tortilla. Wrap your burrito in a tight sheet of paper.

The second step is to get a big pan or grill hot on a medium heat. Heat wraps for 1-2 minutes per side, or until crispy and brown, depending on how much oil or cooking spray you used. Take it away from the fire, split it in half, and serve it hot.

Suggestions and Variations:

For the chicken, you can use a rotisserie chicken, some chicken you already have in the fridge, or some grilled chicken that you’ve seasoned to taste. I cook my chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side in a hot pan after seasoning it with a spoonful of fajita seasoning.
