1/4 pound of brown sugar

2 eggs

1/3 cup olive oil

13 cup water

1 can of pumpkin puree (15 ounces)

One and a half and a cup of all-purpose flour

Baking soda, one teaspoon

1/2 tsp. of baking powder

SALT, 1 TEASPOT

14 tsp of nutmeg

A Measurement of Cinnamon Equal to One Teaspoon

Pumpkin Pie Spice, 1 Teaspoon

Toping:

2 teaspoons of salt

brown sugar, 1/4 cup

Milk, 3 Tablespoons

a quarter of a cup of chopped pecans

Instructions:

Step 1:

Whip eggs, then add sugar, oil, water, and pumpkin to a medium bowl. Flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice should be combined in a separate bowl.

Step 2:

Do not overmix after combining wet and dry materials. Put the mixture into a loaf pan that has been prepared with butter and flour. A loaf pan of 8.5 by 4.5 inches is recommended for this bread. Let it cook for 50-60 minutes in an oven preheated to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2:

Stir together the topping ingredients (butter, brown sugar, and milk) in a small saucepan. Stirring regularly, bring to a boil for about 2 minutes and 15 seconds. Pour it on top of the loaf right away. Top with chopped pecans and gently press them into the crumble.

Step 3:

To be served the next day, wrap and refrigerate.

Step 4:
