Does eating cabbage soup actually help you burn fat?

If you are able to stick to the Cabbage Soup Diet for at least one week, you will likely experience weight loss, just as you would with any other very low-calorie diet. However, due to the fact that it is only a temporary diet, it is likely that you will gain the majority of the weight back unless you make permanent changes to the way that you live.

Does the cabbage soup diet help to burn fat in the abdominal region?

There is no credible evidence in the scientific community to support the claim that the cabbage soup diet is appropriate for healthy weight loss. Even though it might result in an initial loss of weight, the majority of people are likely to quickly gain it back once they stop following the diet.

What can you expect if you follow the cabbage soup diet for a full fortnight?

Due to the low amount of protein contained in the cabbage soup, you may begin to experience a loss of muscle mass in addition to fat. Additionally, your body won’t receive the nutrients it needs to keep you going throughout the day, which means your energy levels will suffer as a result.
