INGREDIENTS
Two cups of shredded cooked chicken
Udon noodles (8 ounces)
Sour cream, one cup
A single can of cream of chicken soup (10.5 ounces)
1-tablespoon worth of garlic powder
Cheese, grated and divided into 1 cup (1 ounce)
Approximately 1 1/2 cups of French fried onions
Instructions:
Make sure your oven is preheated at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and that your baking dish is nonstick.
Noodles must be prepared in accordance with package instructions. Collect in a big bowl after draining.
Toss the cooked noodles with the chicken, sour cream, soup, garlic powder, and cheese.
Place in the dish you’ll be using for baking and bake for 25 minutes, or until bubbling and golden. Adding fried onions on top and baking for 5-10 minutes more will get you a nice brown color.
