Two to three weeks in the fridge will extend the shelf life of this peanut butter fudge made in the microwave.
PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE MADE IN THE MICROWAVE: FREEZABLE?
This peanut butter fudge can be frozen. It can be frozen as one large slab or cut into smaller portions. Fudge can be stored in the freezer if it is tightly wrapped in plastic and placed in a freezer-safe bag. Keep it in the freezer for up to three months.
Put it in the fridge to thaw when you’re ready to eat it.
Vanilla Frosting, One (16-Ounce) Can
The equivalent of one 18-ounce jar of peanut butter.
Directions:
Put all of the peanut butter from the jar into a large bowl.
To melt vanilla frosting in the microwave, heat the container on high for 60 seconds, taking care to remove all foil before doing so.
Combine the peanut butter and melted frosting in a bowl.
Rapidly pour the mixture into a 9 by 13 pan, chill until the fudge is firm, then cut into bite-sized squares.
