STUFFED PEPPER SOUP

A delicious delicacy for the family, made with peppers and other flavors. It can be served with other food as a main meal or served as a side dish.

The stuffed pepper soup can be easily prepared at home, to be eaten with warm bread, salad and other food. Since the main ingredient is pepper, it’ll leave you with a super hot and spicy taste.

Ingredients:

1 cup white rice

1 pound of ground sirloin

1 green bell pepper, chopped

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

1 cup of finely diced onion

1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce

1 (29 ounce) can diced tomatoes

1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth

1/4 teaspoon dried sage

Salt and pepper to taste

The process:

Step 1: The first step to preparing this delicacy is to drain fat from the meat in a large stock pot.

Step 2: Add pepper and onion to it, and cook until the onion is a bit transparent but not brown.

Step 3: Add tomatoes, broth, tomato sauce, sage, thyme, and other ingredients, and season them with salt and pepper.

Step 4: Cover it and boil gently for 30 to 45 minutes, until the peppers are soft enough.

Step 5: Boil the rice in two cups of water. Cook the rice until it is soft enough to eat and then add to soup to enjoy.

Tips and variations:

·Depending on how pepperish you want your pepper soup to be, you can add pepper or remove from it to make it tasty and consumable for you to enjoy.
